Set high on a cliff with huge windows & large deck to see the most beautiful view of Grand Lake (looking toward Sailboat Bridge.). It was perfect for our golfing group!

This home was perfect! Host thinks of everything as far as amenities and comfort!!

We recently stayed at North Cliff View. I had so many questions before we booked so I wanted to share a review that might answer those with the same questions. For this booking you are actually renting the unit on the right in the main picture. The other unit was empty during our stay, however, the privacy railing did its job. Pros: 1. Excellent Communication - the host was quick to respond to our requests and needs. 2. Hot Tub was awesome!! A perfect 104 degrees and clean! The easy open top made it effortless to soak in the hot tub. 3. Spotless clean. This is probably the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in through a rental. 4. Candles in every room - we found our favorites and burned them. Such a nice, homey touch. 5. FOUR and 1/2 bathroom/showers. This was huge for our large family. Everyone had their own space. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom in the room. Only one bedroom had the bathroom/shower next door - just steps away. The 1/2 bathroom downstairs was perfect so no one had to go upstairs to use the restroom. The showers all had body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. The shampoo was a coconut scent - we loved it!! So awesome if you forget your own from home! 6. Comfy beds. Every family member reported their bed was comfortable and they got a good nights rest. Bedding was top notch. You know the kind that makes you just want to snuggle up and stay in bed. Every bedroom had a ceiling fan and the two rooms facing the lake had those amazing floor-to-ceiling windows with cool blinds when you wanted it darker or some privacy. 7. Blankets throughout the house. This unit is very new - felt like we were among the first to visit!! The host placed cozy blankets on the backs of couches, at the foot of each bed, on the large comfy couch upstairs. They are the super-soft blankets - we really enjoyed them on the cool, rainy day. 8. Mock fireplace was awesome and it was burning when we walked in. It rained during our stay - this was a very nice touch. 9. Floor to ceiling windows in every room facing the lake. The ones in the kitchen/living room (open concept) were floor to ceiling all the way across the back of the room overlooking the lake. The double sliding doors opened up all the way across to bring nature right in to the house. It was our favorite part! 10. Every amenity was provided. The kitchen was well stocked (and we cooked three big meals) - had everything we needed. There were board games, card games, books etc....tons of pillows on the couches and beds. 11. Dining table was AMAZING!! Seats 8 comfortably with more high top seating at the island. The chairs were comfy and made us want to stay. We played three hours of Monopoly on a rainy evening one night. It was perfect for board games. 12. We do not drink alcohol, however, there was a "drink center' with a wine cooler, ice machine, some type of automatic wine bottle cork remover. There was also a Kurig and a traditional coffee maker with a drawer full of sugar/creamer/coffee pods. They truly thought of everything! 13. Decorations - excellent taste in decor. The remodel on this home was just done right. Modest but tasteful decorations in every room. 14. There was a washer/dryer - we didn't do any laundry while we were there but they are brand new units. 15. Beach towels - there was a stack of a dozen colorful beach towels waiting for guests. We used them for the hot tub! (There were also a couple of kid-sized life jackets.) 16. HUGE patio overlooking an amazing view of the lake. They had ladder ball and a grill, lots of comfy patio furniture with a fire pit. 17. Brand new appliances in the kitchen. 18. Super cold air conditioner - we loved it!! 19. Easy to find. Your GPS will take you right to it. It is in the heart of beautiful lake houses. Quiet neighbors. 20. A variety of paper products were in the drawer too - in case you run out or forgot to bring from home. 21. Large, deep, drawers and storage areas throughout the unit to store everything to be able to get out of your suitcases. The kitchen was easy to organize with all of our food and snack items. Cons 1. All of the rooms are upstairs. My 81 year old mom made the stairs just fine - just wanted to pass this along going in everyone is upstairs for sleeping. 2. Microwave was just a bit hard to figure out - even after reading the digital directions that were sent and googling how to use it we kept striking out on getting it to cook. Definitely user error - we finally just put it on the popcorn setting and it cooked everything we needed. 3. Key to the door is a different kind of key to use. Follow the directions from the email and you'll get the lockbox to open right up. Once we figured out how to lock the door each evening we were good to go. WAY more pros than cons - just a delightful stay. We had 20 year olds up to 81 year olds and everyone was comfortable and happy!
