Meet Your Host and GLVR Owner, Mike Duke
Greetings and thank you for your interest in our properties! We have been avid Grand Lake visitors for over 30 years and lovingly refer to Grand Lake as our “Happy Place.”
For many years we rented properties and finally decided to purchase our first lake home on South Grand Lake in June 2019, where we have spent the majority of our weekends over the last five-plus years. My wife and I are from the Tulsa and Oklahoma City area, and we reside part-time in Edmond and Ketchum, Oklahoma. We were engaged at the South Shore community lighthouse and married in September 2019. One year later we purchased a second lake home and decided to start a vacation rental business. GLVR has since evolved into a local premier property management company.
